I'm Charlotte DeLon, a technology strategy and transformation

executive and the founder of Fair Chance Consulting. Over 20+ years

leading enterprise technology and organizational change, I've seen

the same pattern again and again: organizations don't fail because

of bad strategy. They fail because of unaddressed culture risk.

That's why I developed the THRIVE Framework™, a proprietary culture

diagnostic, and the Culture Risk Matrix, to help leaders see the

risk before it becomes the crisis.

Charlotte holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA, and is
currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. She is
the author of a book examining trauma-informed leadership and
organizational recovery from toxic work environments, and a Google Cloud Certified: Generative AI Leader.
